Trouble Ticket is a help desk or ticket problem management system. It specifically manages the problems assigned to the Computer Center of MSU-IIT. Through the system, the staff and faculty can assign their problems to a particular Computer Center agent.  If a ticket is not assigned, the administrator can assign it to an agent. This system also aims to balance the task allocation within the Computer Center and to track the performance of the agents in terms of their efficiency in responding to their assigned tickets.
